Refunds and Returns

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. NO exceptions. These are made to the specifications that you provider to us prior to making the product.

REFUNDS ON REGULAR PRODUCTS

Refunds will be on a case to case basis for non-custom products ONLY. If the product is returned in "AS NEW" condition, has not been used, and there is no visible wear/damage/etc a refund will be done.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed for non-custom products ONLY. They must be returned in "AS NEW" condition with no visible wear/damage/use. A return request must be submitted at support@gunnergear.net or support@gunnergeark9.com Return postage is at the senders expense. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!!
